Client Agreement & Terms of Service

Welcome
Thank you for choosing to work with Thriving Heart Co.
Whether you've scheduled a One-Time Clarity Session or joined an ongoing Mentorship Membership, my intention is to provide a safe, supportive, and meaningful space for personal growth, self-discovery, and transformation.
This agreement exists to create clear expectations so that we can enter our work together with mutual understanding and respect.
By purchasing any service offered by Thriving Heart Co., you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
Thriving Heart Co. provides mentorship designed to support personal growth, spiritual exploration, relationships, life transitions, business development, and self-awareness.
Sessions may include intuitive guidance, reflective conversation, coaching techniques, energetic perspectives, practical tools, and collaborative exploration based on your individual needs.
Each mentorship session is unique and cannot be standardized or guaranteed to follow a particular structure.
2. Available Services
One-Time Clarity Session
One 60-minute mentorship session.
Payment is due in full before booking.
Designed for clients seeking guidance without an ongoing mentorship membership.
Monthly Mentorship Membership
Includes:
One 60-minute mentorship session per billing cycle.
Automatic monthly renewal until cancelled.
Weekly Mentorship Membership
Includes:
One 60-minute mentorship session per week while your membership is active.
Automatic monthly renewal until cancelled.
3. Scheduling
Appointments are reserved specifically for you.
Please arrive on time and in a quiet, private environment whenever possible.
Google Meet links and scheduling information will be provided upon booking.
4. Payment
Payment is required before services are provided.
Membership subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected during checkout.
If a payment cannot be processed, future sessions may be postponed until the account is brought current.
5. Membership Changes
Clients may upgrade or downgrade their mentorship membership at any time.
Changes become effective at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
Sessions included in your current billing period remain governed by your existing membership and do not transfer between plans.
6. Cancellation & Pausing Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not shorten your current paid membership period.
You may continue scheduling and attending any remaining sessions included during your active membership period.
Unused sessions expire when your membership ends and are not transferable or refundable.
Memberships cannot be paused.
If you wish to take a break, you are welcome to cancel your membership and rejoin in the future at the current pricing and availability.
Weekly subscriptions only: If you are unable to attend a scheduled weekly session, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule it within your active membership period, subject to mutual availability. Unused sessions expire at the end of your active membership period and do not roll over.
7. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without communication may be considered forfeited.
Life happens. Emergencies will always be handled with compassion and understanding whenever reasonably possible.
8. Communication Between Sessions
Communication between sessions is intended for scheduling, logistics, or brief follow-up questions.
Ongoing mentorship, coaching, or crisis support outside scheduled sessions is not included unless specifically agreed upon in advance.
9. Client Responsibility
Mentorship is a collaborative process.
You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, relationships, finances, health, and personal outcomes.
Guidance is offered to support your own discernment - not to replace it.
10. Scope of Services
Thriving Heart Co. provides mentorship and personal development services.
Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition and are not a substitute for licensed medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services.
If concerns arise outside the scope of mentorship, you may be encouraged to seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.
11. Confidentiality
Everything shared during mentorship sessions will be treated respectfully and confidentially except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a reasonable belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm.
12. No Guarantees
Personal growth is deeply individual.
While mentorship is intended to encourage clarity, growth, and transformation, no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Business success
Financial results
Relationship outcomes
Spiritual experiences
Emotional healing
Personal breakthroughs
Every client's journey unfolds differently.
13. Ending the Mentorship Relationship
Either you or Thriving Heart Co. may choose to end the mentorship relationship at any time.
If Thriving Heart Co. determines that the relationship is no longer a healthy, respectful, or appropriate fit, services may be discontinued.
Whenever reasonably possible, this decision will be communicated respectfully and professionally.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thriving Heart Co. and Vicki Bentley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in mentorship services.
Participation in mentorship is voluntary, and all decisions made as a result of our work together remain your own responsibility.
15. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
16. Changes to These Terms
Thriving Heart Co. may update this agreement from time to time.
The most current version will always be available on the Thriving Heart Co. website.
Continued participation in mentorship services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
17. Electronic Acceptance
By purchasing a One-Time Clarity Session or subscribing to a Mentorship Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Client Agreement & Terms of Service.
Electronic acceptance shall have the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
