Channeling / Mediumship Client Agreement
By purchasing a channeling or mediumship session, you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Nature of Services
Channeling and mediumship sessions are intuitive and interpretive in nature. Information shared during sessions is based on spiritual, energetic, and intuitive perception and is offered for personal insight, reflection, and spiritual exploration.
These sessions are not factual predictions, guarantees, or professional advice.
2. No Guarantees or Promises
The Client understands that:
No specific messages, outcomes, or connections are guaranteed
Interpretations are subjective
Accuracy cannot be promised or verified
The Client agrees not to rely on channeling or mediumship sessions for certainty, prediction, or decision-making in critical life matters.
3. Not a Substitute for Professional Services
Channeling and mediumship sessions do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
The Client agrees to consult licensed professionals for matters related to health, mental health, law, or finances.
4. Client Responsibility
The Client remains fully responsible for their emotional wellbeing, decisions, actions, and interpretations following the session.
The Client understands that any insights shared are optional perspectives and are not directives.
5. Emotional Considerations
Channeling or mediumship sessions may bring up emotional responses. The Client acknowledges personal responsibility for emotional processing and agrees to seek appropriate support if needed.
6. Session Structure
Sessions are conducted via the agreed-upon format at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals do not extend session length. Missed sessions are not refunded or rescheduled.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are forfeited.
8. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are due at the time of purchase.
Due to the nature of spiritual and intuitive services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
9. Confidentiality
Information shared during sessions is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or in cases involving risk of harm.
10. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services
The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if boundaries are not respected or if the session is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
No refunds will be issued for services already provided or purchased.
11. Consent & Acknowledgement
By purchasing a channeling or mediumship session, the Client confirms that they:
Understand the interpretive and subjective nature of these services
Have read and agreed to this agreement
Are at least 18 years of age
Accept full responsibility for their experience
